About Us

Imagine living in a community where all young people feel loved and supported, a place where strong values prevail, providing youth with the skills to make healthy choices and form positive relationships.

This vision is shared jointly by the Community Asset Partner Network of Monroe County and the Youth Services Quality Council of Rochester and Monroe County. Together these two collaborative partners, which represent diverse communities within Monroe County and youth service organizations, have come together to partner on “Small Talk, Big Difference” in the hope that adults within the Rochester/Monroe County community can play an essential part in the healthy development of our communities’ youth.

The Community Asset Partner Network promotes asset-building and positive youth development opportunities for all youth through adult/youth partnerships and caring, healthy communities.

The Youth Services Quality Council of Rochester and Monroe County is a member association that provides leadership to youth service organizations who work cooperatively with youth and families to improve the delivery of services and support positive youth outcomes. Currently 64 member organizations collaborate on new ways to do business to coordinate services, maximize resources, solve problems, and ensure quality services for youth and families within our community.
